No.1 Notice on Students Returning in Spring Term, 2019-2020 School Year

Dear Students,

    I hope you and your families are well.
    In the invisible war against COVID-19, all students and faculties have been experiencing a long break and waiting for campus' reopening. Following the prevention and control progress in orderly manner, we are steping forward to the triumph. 
    According to related arrangements of Beijing Municipal Education Commission and BHI's Teaching Plan of spring term of 2019-2020 school year, BHI is now focussed on the detailed plan of welcoming students about to return to campus. The notice on students returning is as follows: 

1. Graduates (Year 4)

a. According to the instructions of Beijing Municipal Education Commission, higher education institutions capable with virus prevention and control can arrange graduates to return to campus of their own free will. To act compliance with BHI's condition, graduates will be arranged to return to campus for finishing graduation process in groups, by stages and of free will. The specific time and requirements will be posted to all graduates by their counselor.   

b. Graduates about to return shall follow the arrangements of BHI, raising return request in advance. After request approved, the graduates shall return. No graduates shall return without approval. Please can graduates follow the content of the notice and ensure the safety during the trip.

c. Graduates without returning request can finish graduation process online and authorize roommates on handling the items left in the dormitory. Meanwhile, BHI staff will provide relevant services and help if required.

a. All courses will be delivered online. BHI will not arrange students from year 1 to year 3 to return to campus. Students' final assessments will also be done online.

3. All students will be notified if there are any update to the arrangements above.

The war against COVID-19 is yet to end. Health First will remain be BHI's principle. BHI will make full preparation to welcome students' returning by strictly implement prevention and control measures. Please kindly wait for the follow-up information.

Before any returning plan is posted by BHI, all students shall not return to campus and shall follow the prevention and control instructions delivered by the residential city. If there is any problem requiring help, please do not hesitate to contact the counselor who will try to help with the solution.
