BHI graduates are widely distributed in their industries, with 55% in premium service sectors including international hospitality brands, cultural tourism, luxury goods, aviation, finance, investment, leasing & business services, and event management; 30% in media, telecommunications, energy, transportation, real estate, construction, and IT consulting industries; 9% pursuing overseas studies; and 6% engaging in entrepreneurship, military service, or civil service careers. At present, BHI has signed internship and employment cooperation agreements with more than 200 corporations in 28 provinces as well as cities and the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and other countries; and built "Industry-University-Research-Talent Training

Base" with more than 40 leading enterprises in 9 industries to promote the managerial training project. For more than 800 graduates every year, the campus job fair attracts more than 200 enterprises, involving more than 30 industries, providing more than 2600 positions, and each graduate can receive 3-5 enterprise job invitations.
