Beijing Hospitality Institute Career Day was successfully held.
On November 12th, Beijing Hospitality Institute was successfully held. Nearly 200 enterprises from 13 provinces and municipalities across the country were invited to participate in this activity, providing more than 3000 high-quality internship jobs for BHI students, and many enterprises left gold medal positions for BHI students.
It is reported that more than 140 famous hotels and hotel groups at home and abroad, more than 40 pan-service enterprises such as luxury goods, real estate, high-end property, high-end catering, cultural and tourism groups, and a number of recreation industry enterprises such as Bilangwan Health Industry Group, Beijing TaiMeiMei Health Management Company Limited, Yao Yang Pension Service Center of Haidian District of Beijing City, and Fengtai Nanyuan Branch of General Recreation (Beijing) Company Limited were invited to participate in the event. BHI also invited Shanghai securities, Bank of Ningbo, Ruichao Prosperous Group and other financial enterprises attending the fair.
The students of Class 2022 have an off-campus internship experience, having accumulated certain work experience, through this internship, they will be more clear about their future career development direction, and be able to quickly adapt to the job requirements; the students of Class 2021 have two times of internship experience, having mastered the basic operation skills, management concept, developed good professional quality, which can let them quickly adapt to the pace of work, to inject new vitality into the development of the enterprise.
At the interview site, students actively sent out resumes, talked with the interviewer carefully, understood the relevant position information and career development path, and carefully chose their favorite positions.
At 10:30 am on November 12th, the signing ceremony of "Store Manager Joint Training Plan" was held. Zhang Huailin, Vice President of BHI, attended and signed the cooperation agreement with various enterprises on behalf of the college. Representatives of the contracted enterprises, representatives of college teachers and students attended the ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by Shi Jingying, director of the Internship and Career Guidance Center.
On behalf of the college, Mr. Zhang Huailin extended a warm welcome to the cooperative corporations coming from afar, and thanked all the cooperative corporations for their support to BHI. He pointed out that employment orientation is a characteristic of the BHI talent cultivating model, which has been widely recognized by students, parents and the industry. The implementation of the "Store Manager Joint Training Plan" will promote the talent training work of the college to a new level, and lay a solid foundation for the high-quality employment of the college. Shi Jingying introduced in detail the outstanding achievements and high-quality employment achievements of BHI graduates in the employment field in recent years, emphasized the firm determination and unremitting efforts of BHI in talent cultivating, and expressed the strong willingness to expand in-depth cooperation with various cooperation corporations.
In order to improve the employment quality of BHI 2025 graduates, to provide more high-quality talents for the cooperative enterprises, adhering to the concept of complementary advantages, open cooperation and long-term development, according to the principle of resource sharing and win-win cooperation, through friendly consultation, a total of seven head corporations in the industry have been signed in the first phase, such as Beijing Haidian District Yao Yang Pension Service Center, Beijing TaiMeiou Health Management Company Limited, Beijing Xibei Catering Management Company Limited, Beijing New Century Youth Catering Management Company Limited, Shanghai Yado Commercial Management (Group) Co. New Century Youth Catering Management Co., Ltd, Beijing Yangfang Shengli Catering Culture Development Co., Ltd, Shanghai Yado Commercial Management (Group) Co. In the future, BHI will carry out strategic cooperation in joint training with contracted corporations to comprehensively improve the employment quality of BHI graduates.
This activity set up a platform for communication between BHI and corporations. Through face-to-face communication and exchanges with corporations, students chose their favorite internship and employment positions according to their own career development plans, so as to accumulate experience for entering the future workplace and injected vitality into the innovation and development of the corporations.
