Expanding Paths for Further Education | BHI Teachers Visited Macau University of Science and Technology to Deepen Strategic Cooperation
On January 19th, to further expand the further education paths for graduates and achieve a close connection between applicant-oriented undergraduate education and top graduate education, Guo Ruihuan, Director of Business Development Department of BHI, and Sun Dongliang, Assistant Director of Business Development Department and Director of the Admissions Office, made a special visit to Macau University of Science and Technology(MUST) for in-depth discussions on deepening cooperation between the two. This visit is a key follow-up initiative actively promoted by BHI after the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two parties in December 2025. It aims to transform the cooperation framework into specific projects that tangibly benefit students, marking a solid step of BHI in expanding students’ growth paths.
Macau University of Science and Technology attached great importance to this visit. Professor Wu Guomin, Dean of the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, and Assistant Professor Feng Yan, Course Director in that school, warmly received BHI representatives on behalf of the university.
During the subsequent talks, Guo Ruihuan, on behalf of BHI, expressed her appreciation for the educational achievements of MUST and the international reputation of its School of Hotel and Tourism Management. She pointed out, “since its establishment, BHI has always adhered to the application-oriented talent cultivation path, which is highly aligned with the educational philosophy and talent cultivation goals of your institution. It is particularly gratifying to note that between 2022 and 2025, a total of 15 graduates from our school have been admitted to the master’s degree program at MUST due to their outstanding performance. This is not only a recognition of the quality of our teaching, but also further strengthens our determination to promote deeper cooperation between BHI and MUST.”

Dean Wu Guomin welcomed the visit of Director Guo Ruihuan and her delegation, and provided a detailed introduction to the development history and international cooperation layout of the School of Hotel and Tourism Management. He emphasized that the school attaches great importance to cooperation with high-quality institutions such as BHI and looks forward to establishing closer collaborative relationship with BHI in the future to jointly cultivate high-level professional talents for the national tourism industry.

The talk was conducted in a harmonious and pragmatic atmosphere. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as scientific research cooperation and joint talent training, and reached a consensus on advancing the mechanism of teacher-student exchange visits, achieving positive progress.
