Current position: General Manager of Wyndham Grand Qingdao

Through customer profiling reconstruction (focusing on the dual track of business tourists and holiday tourists ) and dynamic pricing strategy optimization, the overall occupancy rate of the region has been raised to over 95% within six months, with more than 25 days of full occupancy for six consecutive months.

Current position: General Manager of Operations and Restaurants at Beijing Chengtoutuo Catering Management Co., Ltd

The first challenge in the early stages of starting a new business is “how to make the brand break through in the homogenized catering market.” He didn’t follow popular items blindly, but returned to his original intention: to be a restaurant that “reminds people of the taste of home.” In the first month of opening, relying solely on word-of-mouth promotion, the average daily customer flow of the restaurant exceeded 500 people, and the ordering rate of signature dishes reached as high as 90%.

Current position: General Manager of Beijing Gaishi Hero Hotel Management Company

For more than ten years, he has been deeply cultivating Beijing’s characteristic hotpot, and with the concept of “adhering to tradition without losing its original flavor, integrating new ideas and being more down-to-earth,” developing the restaurant into a hotpot landmark with the “old Beijing soul” in the mouths of diners. By providing “local style” services, the restaurant has accumulated the friendship of neighbors throughout the street. Now, 60% of its customers are repetitive ones, and it has won the tittle of “Must Eat List of Beijing ” for three consecutive years.
