On October 28th, Beijing Hospitality Institute successfully held the Internship Job Fair for the students of Class 2023 and the Autumn Job Fair for graduates of 2026. The two job fairs were carried out simultaneously to form a joint force for employment services, providing precise matching of career development opportunities for students at different stages.
This event invited nearly 200 enterprises from 13 provinces and cities across the country to participate, providing over 2000 high-quality internship and employment opportunities for BHI students. The number of positions is sufficient, the selection space is large, and the welfare benefits are good.
From the perspective of enterprise composition, the industry distribution is diverse and precisely tailored to the characteristics of BHI and the career needs of students. Among them, more than 130 well-known hotels and hotel groups at home and abroad account for a prominent proportion. At the same time, the event also expanded the employment track of the pan-service industry, attracting more than 30 leading enterprises from high-end property, high-end elderly care, real estate, high-end catering, business services, finance, legal consulting, intelligent manufacturing and other fields to join in, providing students with opportunities for cross-disciplinary career choices.

Interaction with Enterprises
Dr. Gao Songtao, President and Chief Service Officer of Beijing Hospitality Institute, Guo Ruihuan, Director of Business Development Department, all teachers of Career Center, counselors and professional course teachers stepped into the venue to communicate and interact with cooperative enterprises, understand the interview situation of students and the talent needs of enterprises, answer their questions during the interview, and help them better complete their career path planning.
BHI takes “Management Trainee Recruitment Month” as the cornerstone to create a high starting point employment platform and aim to achieve deep integration of theory and practice. Relying on the real-life teaching and cooperation with more than 200 enterprises, BHI provides students with rich practical opportunities, significantly enhancing their hands-on abilities.
