From their first internship job fair in their sophomore year, through their second experience in their junior year, to the current spring job fair before graduation, they have continuously grown and become increasingly calm through in-depth dialogues with enterprises. This time, armed with clearer career plans and more refined interview techniques, they are setting off steadily towards their ideal future.
In this critical battle before graduation, teachers in BHI have, as always, accompanied the students throughout the entire process. Dr. Gao Songtao, the President of BHI, and Liu Peichang, the Secretary of the Communist Party Committee, personally attended the job fair, having in-depth discussions with enterprise representatives to precisely understand their talent requirements. Professional teachers offered on-the-spot guidance on interview strategies based on their industry expertise. Counselors moved between booths, closely monitoring each student’s job search progress and providing timely encouragement and support. Meanwhile, teachers from the Career Center remained on duty throughout the event, offering patient assistance with everything from resume reviews to post-interview reviews. From school leaders to frontline teachers, from counselors to employment specialists, everyone at BHI came to help and accompany the students, providing unwavering support and using concrete actions to warmly guide every student on their job-hunting journey.
