I. Parking area division
1. On the day of the event on June 6th, 2025, the parking lot of the Training Hotel in the east campus, the surrounding area of the gym, and the parking spaces on the south side of the teaching and administration building will be available for use by faculty and staff;
2. Twelve parking spaces for special guests will be reserved in the parking lot of the Training Hotel in the east campus. Faculty and staff are not allowed to park their vehicles in those reserved spaces.
3. The parking spaces and basketball court in the west campus are temporary parking areas for the vehicles of students’ parents. During the event, faculty and staff are not allowed to park vehicles in these areas.
II. Vehicle parking adjustment requirements
All faculty and staff are required to relocate vehicles parked in the west campus to the designated parking area in the east campus before 6:00 pm on June 5th, 2025, for the convenience to complete the site planning and order management in advance.
III. West campus traffic rules for vehicles
The north gate of the west campus is the only entrance for the vehicles of students’ parents, and the fire escape on the south side of the west campus is the exit for vehicles. The west campus will implement a one-way traffic principle of “north in, south out.” Parents of students participating in the activity are requested to consciously abide by the rules and avoid cross traffic between vehicles and persons caused by reverse driving, which may lead to safety hazards.
IV. Traffic order management
During the event, the security department will arrange dedicated security officers and personnel to provide on-site traffic guidance and command to ensure orderly parking and passage of vehicles.
V. Parking standards and requirements
Please strictly follow the parking management regulations of the school, park in a standardized manner, with the front of the car facing outward, and park in an orderly and tidy manner. It is prohibited to cross over or occupy non designated parking spaces.
VI. Special situation handling
In case of special circumstances, it is necessary to communicate with the Security Department in advance, and it is strictly prohibited for any vehicle to park disorderly, block roads, or occupy fire exits without authorization.
We hope that all faculty and staff will actively cooperate and work together to create a safe and orderly graduation ceremony environment.
