Key Points of Campus Civilization and Etiquette Supervision
Dear all faculty and staff:
In order to continuously foster a civilized, harmonious, and elegant campus environment, displaying the good demeanor of all faculty and staff, and fully exert your exemplary and leading roles, the key supervision points for campus daily etiquette behavior norms before the winter vacation are hereby clarified as follows. All faculty and staff are requested to strictly abide by and set an example:
1. Standard dress code: During work hours, employees are required to wear business formal attire, leather shoes, and employee badge.
2. Active greetings:When encountering teachers, students, or visitors on campus, smile and greet them actively (such as “Hello” or “Good morning”).
3. Elevator Etiquette: When taking an elevator, follow the principle of “lady first,” show courtesy by letting others go first, and provide convenience for others actively.
4. Canteen etiquette: When receiving a plate, actively use phrases such as “Thank you;” after meals, tidy up the table and put the plate to the recycling area.
5. Maintenance at hand: When seeing litter or debris on the ground, pick it up and put it into the appropriate recycling bin; if you notice any promotional materials falling off or public property damaged, handle it promptly or report for repair.
6. Active correction: When encountering uncivilized or improper behaviors among teachers and students (such as irregular appearance, smoking in non-smoking areas, uncivilized language use, etc.), it is necessary to actively and kindly remind and correct them.
All faculty and staff are requested to attach great importance to the above requirements, internalize them in hearts, and externalize them in actions. Please be strict with yourselves, set a good example for students with noble teaching ethics and civilized words and deeds!
