Kindly Reminder on Healthy and Safe Travelling during the Holiday

All faculty, staff and students:

As the Spring Festival is approaching, to ensure a safe, healthy, and comfortable holiday, taking into account the epidemic characteristics of infectious diseases in winter and spring as well as the characteristics of personnel mobility, we would like to provide the following kindly reminders about healthy and safe travelling during the holiday:

1. Before traveling, please know the epidemic situation of infectious diseases at the destination in advance and plan your itinerary reasonably. Outbound travelers need to focus on protecting against overseas infectious diseases such as Dengue fever, Lassa fever, and Nipah virus disease, avoid mosquito bites and do not touch wild animals or potentially contaminated items.

2. When visiting crowded and enclosed spaces such as passenger transportation hubs and tourist sites, wear masks properly and keep a safe social distance. When taking public transportation, ensure personal protection and take responsibility for your own health.

3. Pay attention to food safety, choose formal dining and accommodation venues, avoid having raw, cold, and unclean foods, and guard against the risk of foodborne infectious diseases; consciously follow the epidemic prevention requirements and public order of the destination, and travel in a civilized manner.

4. During the holiday, please ensure that your communication is unimpeded, pay close attention to elevant notices issued by the school, and promptly contact the school or local relevant departments in case of emergencies.
