Parking Notice for the "Presidents' Forum" Event

To all faculty and staff:

BHI will hold the "Presidents' Forum" on May 15, 2026. To ensure the smooth operation of the event, the following parking arrangements are hereby announced for all faculty and staff:

1. On May 15, 2026, all parking spaces in the East Zone — including those at the Teaching Hotel, around the Sports Center, and South of the Academic and Administrative Building —will be reserved for event guests. Faculty and staff are kindly requested to refrain from parking in these areas.

2. Faculty and staff are kindly requested to relocate any vehicles parked in the East Zone to the West Zone parking spaces or the basketball court before 9:00 PM on May 14, 2026.

3. On the day of the event, faculty and staff may temporarily park in the West Zone parking spaces or on the basketball court.

4. All faculty and staff are requested to park neatly with the front of the vehicle facing outwards, in compliance with BHI’s parking regulations.

5. In case of special circumstances, please contact the Security Department. Unauthorized  parking, disorderly parking, or blocking roads and emergency exits is strictly prohibited.
