Marriott International Management Trainee Program

Hotel management trainee program is to cultivate future leaders as the main target of special items, and has been welcomed by students.On March 27, 2015,Ms Zhang Wenyi，Manager of Marriott International Talent Development for China came to BHI to preached Group Management Trainee Program. Ms Stephanie Dong Li, Director of Career and Internship Centre and Mr Wang Wentao who is in charge of employment received the visiting guests.2011 graduates actively and enthusiastically participate in the event.

Ms Zhang introduced the Marriott Group's various brands, Marriott initiated charity projects, awards the achievements and future development planning.She emphasized the Marriott Group's core business culture——people-oriented, the pursuit of excellence, embrace change, integrity, service in the world.She encourages students to participate in the management trainee program and joined Marriott.Then，Ms Zhang specified in detail resume preparation, online registration and precautions interview techniques, recruitment processes and training content for students to make students get the nod at interview.
