On November 27th, 2017-2018 Scholarship Award Ceremony of Beijing Hospitality Institute was held in the banquet hall of the teaching hotel. Vice President Zhang Huailin, Academic Dean Zha Shijun, Student Affairs Department Minister Fang Huaijun, General Administration Department Miniter Wang Shujiao, and Student Affairs Department Vice Minister Du Xin of Beijing Hospitality Institute were present by invitation.

As for how to balance my study and association work, I summarize three key points - objective, plan and rational use of time. Either at work or study, I always set up an objective and follow this objective to improve efficiency. For more quickly attaining the objective, I will make a phased plan so as to ensure that I am continuously making progress. We often expect to find the balance point between study and work, Accordingly, I advise you to use time management tools, such as 4D Rules, for more rationally planning your time. Guided by the objective in the preliminary stage, the phased plan at ordinary time and rational time distribution, I well balance my study and work. Concerning the disposal of the scholarship, I plan to reserve 2000 RMB as individual learning fund, donate 3000 RMB to school Youth League Committee for its companion of my growth, and donate 3000 RMB to school library for its creation of a favorable learning atmosphere. I sincerely expect to give back to the school to express my gratitude for training.
In the end, I expect younger students to cherish time, and do not feel regretful for the scenery that you have missed over time.

Throughout the ages, parents also place great expectations on their children and hope them to be the backbone of the country and elite of the society. However, there is no shortcut to success. Achievements could be only attained by hard work or be retarded by indolence. I expect all of you to make more efforts and prepare yourself for success in the near future. In addition to your strenuous efforts, your success is inseparable from the edification of teachers and support of classmates. Therefore, you should bear the great kindness of teachers and the sincere help of your classmates and friends in mind, and understand that “one hand given at in emergency deserves great return”. The heart of thanksgiving will bring you happiness and joy.
I hereby express my thanks to school leaders, teachers and every member of Beijing Hospitality Institute who has been making dedicated contribution to our children on behalf of parents. You are the most lovely persons and you deserve the honor.
