We Offer the Best Service - The Win-win Cooperation between China Open (Tennis) and BHI

How do you spend your National Day Holiday, travelling, watching TV or doing a part-time job? BHI students chose to be a member of 2016 China Open. After sixteen days’ working, they gained not only the unique experience, but also superb compliments from the host.

8 October, 2016, news on the cooperation between China Open and BHI was released on the homepage of China Open Official Website. The host spoke highly of BHI students’ performance in the service, which was definitely an integral part of 2016 China Open.

Entering the third year, the cooperation ran more efficiently and smoothly. BHI students could be found on almost every position of China Open, on and off the field. Thanks to the experience on activity organization on campus, BHI students played impartial roles in News Department.

With the solid base on hospitality, it is no wonder that the BHI volunteers in concierge department could offer the most elaborate service in BHI style. What’s more, one BHI student who had served in 2015 China Open were invited to train new volunteers. Thanks to the experience on activity organization on campus, BHI students played impartial roles in News Department.

14 hours per day, BHI volunteers devoted their National Day Holiday to all athletes and audience in 2016 China Open, accomplishing the transfer from normal audience to staff and organizers.
