Work Tips on the Blue Warning for Strong Winds

All departments and faculty:

The Municipal Meteorological Observatory has issued a blue warning signal for strong winds. Affected by cold air, it is expected that there will be northerly winds of level 3 or 4, gusts of level 6 or 7, and gusts of up to level 8 or above in some mountainous areas during the day of the 25th in Beijing.

Please implement the preparation work accordingly in each department.

1、 Distribute safety tips to teachers and students to wear masks and take protective measures.

2、 Close doors and windows, reinforce structures such as enclosures, sheds, and billboards that are easily moved by the wind, and properly place outdoor items that are susceptible to strong winds.

3、 Strengthen safety management and carry out investigations and rectification of safety hazards such as wind and fire prevention.

In case of emergencies, please report them in a timely manner.
