Notice on Pruning Large Trees in the School
All faculty and students:
In order to further beautify the campus environment, improve the quality of campus greening, and ensure the safety of teachers and students, according to the school’s annual campus greening maintenance plan, the logistics department will conduct a comprehensive inspection and necessary pruning of all large trees on campus on March 15th. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. The tree pruning work is scheduled to start on March 15th, 2025 and is expected to continue until April 16th, 2025. The specific pruning time is on weekends and during the Qingming Festival holiday.
2. This pruning covers large trees along all major roads on campus, around teaching buildings, and in student dormitory areas.
3. Matters for Attention:
1). During the pruning period, teachers and students are advised to detour around the working area and avoid approaching pruning machines and workers to ensure personal safety.
2). Do not park vehicles or place any personal belongings in the pruning area to avoid unnecessary losses.
3). The logistics department will set up signs at major intersections. Please follow the instructions on the signs and work together to maintain good campus order.
The work of large-scale tree pruning will not only effectively improve the campus landscape and the green coverage rate, but also eliminate the safety hazards caused by factors such as tree branch aging, pests and diseases in a timely manner, creating a more beautiful, comfortable and safe learning and living environment for everyone.
