China Tourist Hotel Association Human Resources Branch Inaugural Conference was grandly held in BHI, on 15th March, 2019. This conference attracted over 60 celebrities who were international and domestic hospitality group executives, directors of human rescourses, university experts and scholars, human resources platform executives, and hospitality industrial media. Ms. Xin Tao, Secretary General of China Tourist Hotel Association and Dr. Gao Songtao, President of Beijing Hospitality Institute, addressed speeches for this conference.

As an essential branch of China Tourist Hotel Association, the establishment of Human Resources Branch aims to serve allocation, adjustment and development for hospitality industry, which would lead enterprises to adopt scientific methods, in order to effectively utilize and develop human resources in hospitality industry. Meanwhile, it can enhance corporate talents’ performance and capability, striving to educate and train more talents who will match the requirements of modern hospitality management. Human Resources Branch will play its role for comprehensively improving talents’management skills and promoting China’s hospitality enterprises to become stronger and better.

During the inauguration of human resources conference, the first Member Representative Assembly of China Tourist Hotel Association--Human Resources Branch conference was held, which passed following rules and regulations: Management Measures of China Tourist Hotel Association Human Resources Branch; Membership fees and Management Methods of China Tourist Hotel Association Human Resources Branch; Election Methods and Procedure of China Tourist Hotel Association Human Resources Branch. This Assembly elected the first council of the association and voted first president, vice president and secretary general. Through this election, Mr. Zhao Xibin is in charge of President of Human Resources Branch, who is a Chairman of Beijing Alishan Hospitality Management Co., Ltd; Zha Shijun is in charge of secretary general of this branch, who is Dean of BHI.
